Community- Based Experiential Learning

What if you could go to a school that looked and felt entirely different than any school experience you’ve ever had? A school where learning happen through authentic, real-world, and fun experiences that takes place outside of the classroom and in the community? Imagine not going to school, but figuring out who your best self is by spending time learning with others in three to six-week learning intensives where you can:

  • Engage in outdoor excursions like hiking, camping, kayaking and learning about how we are connected to our planet

  • Learn about animal conservation at the Denver Zoo

  • Learn about the civic responsibility, branches of government, and judicial process at the State Capital.

These are just a few possibilities for what we have planned to make learning more meaningful, and unlike any school you’ve ever experienced!
